This social media class has taught me a ton, but when we first started doing the blogs I got a little confused. This summer, I will become and intern and I couldnt be more excited. I am being given the opportunity to intern at The Brides of Oklahoma Magazine in OKC this summer. OSU has a lot to do with my internship. I attended the communications expo that OSU held this year, and met a lot of great professionals. Last week was AdClub's last meeting at Hideaway pizza. It was a GREAT meeting, but sad at the same time! We held AdClub elections for officers, and a lot of really great people won the positions. I'm very excited to see how far AdClub goes next year. This has been a great year for AdClub, but we are losing a lot of great Seniors! and our old president, Wes, will be leaving too! Going to the 2010 AAF regional competiton was an experience I will never forget. On Wednesday April 12, 16 students packed up their bags and boarded a bus to Amarillo. We had all of our props loaded into the van and were reading to kick butt at regionals. When we got to Amarillo, we had 30 minutes to get ready and then headed over to the Ambassador hotel where we had our AAF initiation with all the teams.
